SHARDS EXCHANGE GLITCH

Hi EA Sports, I am reported a bug in the Shard Exchange. I just bow bought a 119 Dembele with my Earned Shards. I have it on video. But when I looked into my Reserves after I packed him, he wasn't there. Please EA Sports, give me a compensation gift or give me back my shards. This is outrageous.
