Signature Exchange Bug.

As per the requirements for exchanging a player for Signature Lampard, I understood that any Lampard card with an original 120 OVR should be eligible. There was no requirement for the card to be from a specific event or promotion.

I redeemed a 120 OVR Lampard card from the Signing section, and it was originally 120 OVR. However, when I try to exchange it for Signature Lampard, the game does not even allow me to select the card.

Why is this happening when I am following all the stated requirements? Could you please explain why my 120 OVR Lampard card is not eligible for the exchange?
