Not sure how experienced everyone here is with programs and digital computing.
As someone that worked I.T. it's easy for me to hear (my opinion) "ticket closer" advice. Back in my IT days (for Earthlink... humm? Oh! Right... EarthLink was a Internet and email provider before Google and even Yahoo. Think days of AOL.) we had a clock that timed our calls. If your calls avg. Was to high no promotion raise or bonus! So to keep those who don't listen to someone say RIGHT click the mouse and then left click anyway. We would tell them things like "it's an OEM problem", "you'll need to download the new version" or my favorite. You'll need to hard shutdown The PC (in plug it from wall) wait about 15 min then call us back👌😂🫡. Love it
So what I'm getting at is improper read-outs Being displayed is never a hardware issue (in this case my phone) blue screen, glitching, freezing, sudden termination are examples of things that are likely a problem with hardware and/or the basic software it uses.
Improper display of data is not a cache problem (clearly) the game dose not ask my phone what stats a player should have dose it? Noooooo... It references script that came with the updated version (exactly when the problem started 🧐) I could go on and on. I won't.
Better bad advice would be to reinstall the app (already did) what is most likely the issue is a compatibility snag with Android 16. Specifically the version that is for the pixel phone i use. Seeing as how I seem to be one of two ppl with this problem. I wouldn't be surprised if it were to do with droid 16 pixel OS that is made for pixel phone sold by my mobile carrier. But what do I know? I'm no dev. It's just that devs read these sometimes. So its kinda a hail Mary pass because EA support is like a psychopath surgeon who says you look just like the guy sleeping with his wife just before performing surgery on you. Nothing good will ever come from it.
