Unable to redeem the latest code from EA

Hello all, I have been experiencing errors in redeeming the game code (e.g. CAMPEAOBRASILEIRO25) for multiple times, including the latest ones. I would like to ask if it is my account issue or the global issue? Yet, I could redeem Dunga but not the gift packs... Anyone can help? Thank you so much!
