I already restarted my device, cleared cache, and changed network. Please fix or restore my Extra Time access

Can you solve this problem? it seems to be common today to a lot of people. Every time we try to claim the BRIGHTLIGHTS redeem code. It doesn t work or says that the code is limited to one claim per player. Please solve this without furthermore delay. Thanks
