Still no response regarding Lampard (115 OVR) issue

Hello EA Team,

I am following up regarding my previous complaint about the Lampard (115 OVR) card issue during the Ballon d’Or event. I had sold my Eusébio and Rijkaard players to purchase Lampard, but there has been a problem with the card and I never received any response to my earlier message.

It’s been a long time now, and I am really disappointed that there’s still no update or resolution. Please check my case and give me a proper reply or fix this issue as soon as possible.

This situation is quite frustrating because I’ve been waiting patiently since the event started.
