Store problem

I'm also coming back to this section of the forum, even though I've also posted about technical issues.

I have a technical problem with the EA FC SPROTS Mobile Football game, meaning that when I access the STORE section shows me a blank screen, without letting me access the options there. I should mention that this only happens to me on my main account.
