Stuck in loading screen with black screen and music + logo

Day 3 here I can't get in to the main account because if I made a new account there no problem but main account not opening day 3 event is going we can't do anything about it. Stuck in loading screen with black screen and music and logo only rotating for this 3 days I have tried everything but not working 

Reinstall or 5 time now itself reboot done no use clear storage and cache there nothing only a specific account can't open. Ow day 3 please help me 

We need to play the new game it not fixed then only one thing can help us quit this game and looking for another good game 😔
