Stuck On Loading Screen

There are several problems here about maintaining connectivity to a match, but this in particular proves that the game is responsible for failed connection, and not my network or device. Let's look at all the scenarios:

1. I cancel matchmaking, the game appears to have canceled it, but then I see that a match is underway. What then are the match loading screen and 10s pre-match screen for?
2. I am in the middle of a match, the ball goes out of play or someone scores, and I am booted from the match, giving away free opportunities to win. This happens to my opponents too. And you can tell that a match is underway, but you can't load me back into it? That's CAP. BIG CAP.
3. A device comfortably handling high graphics games with sub-10ms ping starts stuttering in matches, delayed inputs and eventually freezing or crashing. That's a clear sign of memory leak, especially because it's guaranteed to happen within an hour of the game running on the menu screen continuously. It's not about devices or networks, fix your game.
4. Perhaps the most annoying, I am stuck at the match loading screen after having downloaded resources for the match. Today I decided not to restart the game, and I remained on that loading screen for 3 hours!!! I had to restart the game. No compensation whatsoever. My opponent gets a free win, while I have to wait for them to finish getting a free win before I can continue playing the mode I want to play. Then I lose a star or get knocked out of a tournament... Can we stop and consider the absurdity of all this? I could understand blocking new matches if you actually provide a way to re-enter the match you say is underway. Why am I being put on ice? And why am I suffering a loss without compensation?

I don't know much about EA, and I hear a lot of things, but I don't want to believe this is intentional. I'm not even going into the randomness issues that appear to punish me the longer I play, or the massive game speed disparities for +1 OVR opponents (while -1 OVR doesn't favor me). Or the game momentum mechanics that punish control and precision. And the mechanics denying me stamina advantages I should have after barely moving to conserve mine while the opponent sprints around like crazy. And that worries me. I have stopped making in game purchases over these frustrations. It's not a fun game like this. I don't bother with events anymore, from completing every event quest in 2024. Fix your game please
