Hey. Sorry you’re stuck on the loading screen. Since this is a guest account, please do not uninstall the game yet, because guest/unlinked progress may be lost if the app is removed or the account is overwritten.
Please try these first:
- Force-close FC Mobile completely, then reopen it.
- Check the App Store/Google Play Store for an FC Mobile update.
- Restart your device.
- Switch networks: try Wi-Fi, then mobile data, or the reverse.
- On Android, clear cache only for FC Mobile — do not clear data/storage.
- Make sure you have enough free device storage.
