Stupid bugs

Hello EA Sports Support,

I’m experiencing a matchmaking issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. Several times, after starting a match, the game gets stuck on “Matchmaking” and keeps loading without entering the match.

Because of this glitch, I have lost several stars/ranked points even though I’m not intentionally leaving or losing the matches. It is affecting my progress and experience in the game.

Please look into this matchmaking/loading issue and, if possible, restore the stars/ranked points I lost due to this bug.
