Subject: Request for Fair Compensation Following the Recent Shards Glitch
Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,
I am writing to request fair compensation following the recent Shards glitch that occurred approximately 1–2 days ago. Many players reportedly received 200,000 Shards or even more, creating a significant gap between those who benefited from the glitch and those who did not.
As a loyal FC Mobile player, I believe this situation needs to be handled fairly. Players who missed the glitch should not be left at a major disadvantage simply because they were not online or did not encounter it.
I strongly request the following compensation for affected players:
- 60,000 Shards for every eligible player.
- One guaranteed 122 OVR player.
- One additional 122 OVR player of the player's choice from a selection of 5 players.
This would be a reasonable way to reduce the gap between players while maintaining fairness across the community.
I understand that glitches can happen, but the solution should not leave a large portion of the player base feeling punished for something beyond their control. Please consider the frustration of loyal free-to-play players who spend weeks saving resources and still struggle to obtain valuable players through the normal reward system.
Fairness should not depend on luck, timing, or whether someone happened to benefit from a glitch. Every loyal player deserves a fair opportunity to progress.
I urge EA SPORTS FC Mobile to consider this compensation proposal seriously and take action that restores trust within the community.
We are not asking for an unfair advantage. We are asking for fair treatment.
