Subject: Store Error - Region Availability Issue in Saudi Arabia

​Hello EA Support,

​I am facing a technical issue with the FC Mobile Web Store. When I try to log in, I receive an error message stating: "This store is not available in your country/region."

​Please note that I am currently located in Saudi Arabia, where the store should be fully supported. I have tried clearing my browser cache and using different devices, but the problem persists.

​Could you please check my account settings and resolve this region restriction?

    Hey there! If the problem persists on different devices, could you also try testing on a different network, just to rule out a connection issue? Also, are you using any VPN service?

    Please try opening the https://store.fcm.ea.com/en-ie/easports-fcmobile webstore in a different browser as well. If the issue still continues, scroll to the bottom of the webstore page and use the Customer Support / Contact Us option.
