Sorry for missing this earlier. If you run into this again, Tapjoy has shared this article that may help:

If their guide doesn't help,​ uar8rbcgvq71​ nailed it; you do need to get in touch with Tapjoy for help with missing rewards. There is a 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of that guide page that will help you start a support ticket with them.
