1. Reward Delays & Missing Content: I consistently receive event rewards and gifts with a 24-hour delay compared to other players. In some cases, rewards do not appear in my inbox at all. I request that you check my account logs to verify these missing items, as I cannot provide screenshots of items that never arrived.
2. Pack Drop Anomalies: For the past 7 months, I have not pulled a single Goalkeeper (GK) from any packs. Given the volume of packs I have opened over this period, this suggests a technical glitch or a synchronization error specifically affecting my account's RNG/drop logic.
I would appreciate a thorough investigation into my account status to resolve these glitches.
