Hey emontungtung. Could you please switch the page language to English before taking the screenshot? Also, please make sure you’re signed into the same EA account you used to link your FC Mobile profile. Players often end up logged into the wrong account when trying to redeem a code.

Thanks. This error often happens when the wrong email address/ EA account is used to sign in. You may have multiple accounts, so please open the page in a new incognito/private tab and sign in again to double-check you’re using the correct credentials.
