Tokens and PL badge not given after winning

I am facing an issue in FC Mobile during the TOTS event.

I completed a match challenge where:

I won the match

I completed all optional objectives

However, I only received TOTS Tokens and did not receive the expected rewards for completing the challenge.

Details:

Event: TOTS

Challenge: Win a Match + Optional Objectives

Result: Match won and objectives completed

Issue: Only tokens received

I have attached a screenshot as proof.

Please check and resolve this issue.
