TOTS OVR tags are BUGGED

The TOTS OVR tags which are 112+ and so on are 100% bugged. They do not give anything other than the actual tag. If you use a 112 tag, you only ever get 112 players. And so on. They will never give higher players.

I think this used to not be the case but now it's consistent.
