Problem: 59,064 TOTS Star Signings Shards lost. My balance dropped from 59,064 to 1,950 without any exchanges or purchases.

My UID: removed

Proof: I have attached a screenshot taken before the loss showing my balance of 59,064 shards. My in-game "Item History" also shows no activity during this period.

What I need: I was saving for a specific player, Kylian Mbappé, and this loss makes it impossible. I require:

1. The 59,064 shards to be fully restored;
