TOTY Midfielder Tour: 2nd Run Rewards and Chapter Not Completing

i completed the whole chapter ,but its not counting...see the screenshots, i also completed a full turn ,during my second turn i stepped over a voucher ,but nothing happened(lost my reward) ,literall...

Hi there—thanks for reporting this. Do you have a screenshot showing the full TOTY Midfielder chapter completed already? Have you tried restarting the game to sync your account again?
