Transfer market selling player bug

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? Samsung A53 5g
What's your device's firmware? Latest
What is your game version? 21.0.02
In what game mode did the bug occur? Store
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? A player is sold in the transfer market but no sell order appear, my player is gone but no credit are given.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:30 AM

Hello, I'm making this post (after I already contacted the support and they told me to do that) following the sale of a player for which no credit were given. I sold Alison 95 (upgraded card) for about 26 900 000 about a week ago(in the transfer market) but no sell order appeared nor does my player was given back, I waited all day hoping to receive my credits but nothing. I've been playing FIFA and fc 24 on PC, Xbox and portable for quite a long time now and have never had such a problem, so I'd like to know if it would be possible for me to find a way to get my credits or at least get my player back.

@Deemoenlu If there was no sale order and the player disappeared you probably did quick sell and got 100 coins for him.
Thats something you can only check with in game support. Make sure you tell you have missing content and not a bug.

@Sanyosa Quick sell removed in the update - so hopefully the last of these types of issues

@Sanyosa I'm pretty sure I didn't quick sell it, because it would have asked me if I was sure which it didn't. And after talking with the in-game support about this missing content, they pretty much told me that they couldn't do anything and if want anything I would need to speak to the dev on this forum.

@Deemoenlu Yeah mate - they don’t just disappear - it is almost always an accidental quick sell

Hence the reason quick sell (which was included because a large portion of the player base was asking for it) has been removed … far too many players accidentally clicking it and then not even noticing they have clicked the confirm button because they usually click the confirm sale button.

Customer Support can go back through your game logs and check whether you quick sold the player or not - nobody on here can do that though.

I have players not on the line up I want to sell but I can't because the app still sees them as being on the line up. One player - 107 OVR Toure! What do I do? In game support can't be relied on as they take several days to respond, and when they do will just tell me nonsense. I have restarted the app many times and it is still the same! I'm tired of uninstalling and reinstalling. Too many issues with this app after this so-called upgrade. I'm thinking of abandoning this game. I'm tired.
