My account was created with an age setting that hides the "Link Account" option in the game menu, so I am unable to link it to an EA Account on my old device.

I need help transferring my progress in FC Mobile to my EA account.
My account was created as a guest and probably with an age setting that hides the "Link Account" option in the settings menu, so I can't link to my EA account and save my progress.
How do I get the link account button to appear in my settings?
