Two problems

I have two problems.

First, when I play Head to Head mode, it shows “network problem (cherry)”. It only happens in Head to Head mode — the other modes work normally. I’ve tried everything, but it’s still the same.

The second problem is that in the Store I was buying National Team event shards. You could buy 40 shards for 100 FIFA Points, and it was possible to purchase it 20 times. I bought it 15 times, and then the option disappeared.
