Unable to Access Club Feature in FC Mobile

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

• I am having a problem with FC Mobile. I cannot access the Club feature because it is showing a  lock, even though I have been playing the game again recently. I have tried restarting the game, but the Club feature is still locked.

Could you please check my account and help me unlock the Club feature? I would really appreciate your help in solving this issue.

My FC Mobile username is Ralufeh and my uid is 679907936796184576. I have also attached a screenshot showing the locked Club feature.
