Unexpected Rank Drop in H2H Division Rivals

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a serious issue I encountered in FC Mobile.

Today, I was in World Class II rank in the Head to Head mode. After playing a few matches, I decided to take a short break and opened Instagram. When I returned to the game around 15 minutes later, my rank had automatically dropped to World Class V, without playing or losing any match.

This seems to be a bug or glitch, as I did not participate in any game that could have caused this rank drop.

Please look into this and help me restore my proper rank. This is really frustrating, as I’ve worked hard to climb the ladder.

    My rank dropped from fc champ to legendary 4 suddenly

     

    I played fc mobile in the afternoon and played head to head mode from legendary 4 to fc champ. After I reached fc champ in head to head mode, I no longer played head to head mode and played other modes after that I stopped playing. After that I logged back in at 11pm and saw my rank head to head I dropped to legendary 4 again.

    hello , i got world class in division rivals today and i left the game, now i rejoined and i got pro 1 without any star , pls fix it because i worked hard to get world class and its not normal to happen

    Same here i played for few hours and reached at the rank of world class II and few minutes later when i again open the game my rank suddenly dropped from world class II to world class V

    I worked tirelessly ignoring my home work and reached world class 4 and went offline to go to play and after i reopened it it shows pro 2. Ea please fix this and give everyone their deserved rank which they worked for

    Iam manger mode fc champion but it show it as legendary 2 and in league to it shows legendary 2 please fix it @ea sports fc mobile

    VSA and Manager mode, 

    VSA - reached champion but outside shows still in Legendry 4

    Manager mode Legendry 3 but shows 5

    Wich are weird!! And this happening from the beginning miss match visual.

    Fyi re installed app, Network high speed in ms green, you guys can see in mentioned video below.

    I have the same problem in Face to Face mode. It happens every time I shut down and relaunch the app. I am Fc Champion but when I relaunch the game, it appears as Legendary 2 and when I win a new match, it gets updated to Fc Champ. This is so annoying.
