Unfair Pack Luck in FC Mobile Ballon dOr Event

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the recent Ballon dOr event in FC Mobile. Despite opening 65 tokens worth of packs, I have not received a single 113 OVR player. Meanwhile, I have seen content creators and other players obtain multiple 113 OVR players with far fewer tokens, sometimes just 35.

This discrepancy is extremely discouraging and feels unfair to dedicated players who invest significant time and effort. The current drop rates for high OVR players appear inconsistent and potentially biased, which is damaging to the gameplay experience.

I strongly urge you to review the pack system and consider either adjusting the drop rates or providing transparency regarding the odds for higher OVR players. Players like me remain loyal to FC Mobile, but situations like this make it increasingly frustrating to continue investing time and resources.

I expect your team to look into this matter seriously and provide a response.
