FC Mobile Commentary Freeze and Glitch

My account is stuck in a matchmaking server loop. Whenever I try to find a match (including Manager Mode), it says 'Failed to find players'. A few minutes later, I get a message saying 'Match ended against player X'.

I have already cleared the app cache, reinstalled the game, and waited for more than 24 hours, but the issue is still there. Please reset my account session from your end to fix this glitch. Thank you
