Unfair VSA Matchmaking – High OVR Disadvantage

My OVR is 120, and in VS attack I've been getting OVR more than 122 frequently today, didn't get a single 120 OVR and that too in diamond 1. Which is really unfair and hard to play because the opponent will be having a better team comparing to mine and win the games easily, I reported more than 20 times today and yet no changes happening to the may matchmaking.
