Unknown definition bug

Hello,

After completing the morning activity, I used my tickets. I spent one ticket on the “Unknown Recognition” event, and the Exchange Universe appeared for a moment but then suddenly disappeared.

I’ve been waiting for the Exchange Universe for several days, so I believe this might be a bug.

This exchange is very important for me to improve my team. The Exchange Universe is a rare event, and I finally managed to unlock it — but now I can’t use it.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The Unknown Definition section is bugged and doesn’t work in any way. Please help fix this.
