1 day agoHi there! Sorry about that trouble with your game. Could I ask if you use any VPN/Private DNS at the moment? Does it help if you switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data) but also a different network (different ISP)?
I understand your account is linked to save your progress online, and you’ve already tried reinstalling the app. If the issue is still happening, please try logging into a new Guest account and completing the tutorial. Then restart the game and switch back to your main profile to see if that helps. Let me know how it goes.
