"Unknown" player in the league

I am an owner of a league so the problem is there is a player called "unknown" and with ovr 0 rank 0 cup 0, I want to remove it but I can't even select this player, I think maybe the player already deleted the account, but the account still occupied the space, there also have the same at my league require list, pls solve it quickly🙏🙏
