Community ManagerYes, region settings can prevent a transaction from completing. If the account was created in a different region than the store you’re trying to purchase from, the payment may not go through.
You can try using the FC Mobile Webstore instead, but there’s no guarantee it will work if the store region doesn’t match your account’s registered region.
