Urgent: Unannounced Removal of Summer Stars Event – Loss of 90,000- 100,000 Gems

Subject: Issue Regarding Premature Removal of 'Summer Stars B Draft' Event – Request for Gem Refund

Dear FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the sudden removal of the Summer Stars B Draft event. Based on the usual schedule, this event was expected to run until the Thursday update (August 6). However, when I logged in today, the event had been removed completely without any prior warning or notice.

Yesterday, I was extremely close to completing the event—with only five spins remaining to secure the player. In total, I invested between 90,000-100,000 gems into this specific event, only to have my progress wiped out unexpectedly before the scheduled end time.

Because of this abrupt removal, the significant amount of resources I spent has been completely wasted. Therefore, I request:

 * A full refund of the 90,000 to 100,000 gems spent on this event.

 * A formal apology for the inconvenience caused by this sudden change.

 * An assurance that such unannounced early removals will not happen in future updates.

I enjoy playing FC Mobile, but unexpected issues like this ruin the player experience. I trust you will look into this matter urgently and issue a fair resolution.

Sincerely,

Player name: Ronaldo

Drafts have timers, and since the TWG event, hardly any have followed weekly resets on Thu 0100 UTC schedule.  Summer Stars B draft was removed as per its timings on 4th Aug 0100 UTC, and the A variant on 2nd 0100 UTC.
Whereas the Summer Special expires with tomorrow's weekly reset.
You really need to pay attention to the timers shown in the game.

Then there was really some glitch in time because the draft literally shown me that it was going to end in 6th August and what I think is ea should expire every draft in Thursday weekly reset only. They should not bring any other draft which ends at any other day rather than Thursday..Because there many who has face these problems
