URGENT!!! Weekend Cup Hacker (Staff Review Needed)

im a fc mobile player that i was playing the weekend cup n i took the lead. n all of a sudden, i got disconnected, i was certain that my internet connection was great. so i went to the player's profile n checked his vsa n h2h match histories n found out that there r a lot of "no result" status game histories which directly indicate that he is indeed a hacker n players that faced him had def faced the same issue as mine. i have photographic evidences plus i have filed a formal report but i do think start a discussion in ea forum is necessary. i rlly do hope that the following photographic evidences r helpful n i sincerely hope ea can deal with this issue as it is rlly disturbing n frustrating me as a fc mobile player since this kind of issue should nvr happened. besides, i have also provided his in game username in my formal report so ea, u guys could have a look at that for further investigation asw.
