Verification Code

I'm trying to log into my EA ACcount on FC MObile on my ipad but everytime it says "we sent the code to _____" I don't receive any code in my email. I've checked everywhere, spam, promotions, main inbox, the code is nowhere to be found. RIP my 20 day log in streak.
