Vs attack bug that I have reported thrice but still no reply

I am writing a complain for the third time that in vs attack I won a match still my stars were taken from me and my opponent gets more time after 0 seconds and scores three goals in that time and suddenly my score decreases by 1. It was 10-7 at 0 and turned to 9-9 at the final scoreboard. Because of this after playing 10 games I am still at legendary five please ea look into this please this is the third time.
