Why cant i claim the milestone rewards -mistery signings

Question

Im unable to collect the milestone reward from mistery signing event section which requires you to collect atleast three players . The event tab shows I've only claimed two players whilst i have proof that I've claimed all three players . Still it doesn't let me collect the milestones.

Also as the second picture shows , I've claimed all the three players ->

Week 1 i got diaby 87 rated

Week 2 i got fofana 85 rated

Then on week 3 i got ribery

Still i cant collect the milestone rewards

@AzF3ct_99  You can contact customer service and tell them you have missing rewards … i am unaware of it being an issue though

@AzF3ct_99 Yes, I currently have this problem - the game says I have collected the reward, but it’s permanently locked and doesn’t reset!

@jqhydw4gqym7  Are you on Android? If so, try clearing your device game cache.If on iOS then contact customer service as there may be an account issue …
