You answered your query yourself, really. It's likely your device network settings for Wifi, alternatively, it might be your modem or access points that could be throttling you. What troubleshooting have you carried out so far?

Make sure you link your account before doing anything.Hey I did pretty much almost everything there was for android and all phones. Though still having the same problem. I've also tried to play with a different wifi and still having the same problem, specifically only on fc mobile.
