Wifi signal and lag even with good ping 46-40 ms

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile

Platform:Android

What's your device's make and model? Vivo V2025

What's your device's firmware? Funtouch OS

What is your game version? Version 26.2.01

In what game mode did the bug occur? H2H

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Ping shows 46-40 ms but games keeps on stuttering and shows wifi signal its been around 6 months i am playing like this

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Always

Wifi signal showing even the ping is good issue

    It needs to be mentioned that your phone was released a few years ago (2020), and it still uses Snapdragon 720G, thats an ancient chipset using 8nm tech, no longer supported. So while Pulsar's guide is spot on for newer phones, it will not really help you. Time to upgrade if you don't want stuttering frames, as this ain't getting fixed and the game definitely will not be re-optimised for ancient tech.

    Hi there, thanks for all the details. I understand how frustrating it is when H2H shows a good ping, but the match still gets disconnected. I've prepared some steps that could help you improve things in this regard: 

    1. Fully close FC Mobile.
    2. Clear the FC Mobile app/game cache from your Android device settings.
    3. Restart your phone.
    4. Reopen FC Mobile and test one H2H match.
    5. Try switching networks: Wi-Fi to mobile data, or mobile data to Wi-Fi.
    6. Temporarily set graphics/frame rate to lower settings and test H2H again.
