Wrong purchase
I entered the gallery and mistakenly bought Kahn in the captains event with fragments, what happens is that I was saving those fragments to reach 4k, but due to the erroneous purchase of Kahn now I am left with 482 fragments, I would like you to remove Kahn's card and return the fragments that he cost to continue with the fragments that I was going to since I have worked hard to have them, please EA I feel very sad and I am crying for what happened I hope you can solve it, take away Kahn's card and return the fragments that his card cost in the gallery
A mistake is a mistake but EA should change the amount of shards given when we exchange a player. I don't think is fair that a player (in this case Kahn) costs 1500 shards and only get 250 shards back if we want to exchange it. It should be a 10 or 20 % loss. We should have the opportunity to try the player, change our mind in case better players are given in the following weeks and we should be allowed to do mistakes. Of course at a cost. It was understandable when the luck from the 3000 gems packs was bigger.
