Absolute pain

I’ve had the exact same experience with drafts. Only got my guaranteed Pool A player on the 100th draft, and even then it was a 116 Pedri that doesn’t improve my team (because my old Gullit is still a superior player). And thanks to the poor exchange rate on Phase 2 tokens I won’t be able to scrape together enough to get a player that even marginally improves my squad. So, the upshot is that this event is a total waste of my time.

EA can request “feedback” and posture all it wants that it’s “listening,” but actions speak far louder than words and right now EA’s actions indicate that they think we are all idiots. They treat us like “marks” at their casino, as if it isn’t patently obvious that they just made the odds of the game a whole heck of a lot worse with this draft system. And this charade of requesting feedback without any reply, let alone a commitment to substantive changes going forward, just adds insult to injury.

I, and half my league, are just weeks away from quitting altogether if things don’t change. We’re sick of being treated with contempt by a company that doesn’t respect us or the sport we love.

I am very lucky in the draft system, I created a profile, just 1 day or less, my team turned 114 OVR, for free.

The whole 'feedback' and "we're listening to you" is a joke. EA putting that up after all the negative comments and them screwing up the whole event itself shows they take the community for granted and consider them a bunch of idiots. It's come to a point where I keep questioning myself why do I even play this game? What am I grinding for? Why am I even aiming for the milestone rewards in DR? To keep the hope alive for a day or two or for EA to magically shed some light on me? Nah man. Firstly,  I cant be that desperate over a game and secondly,  I'd still pull trash. I'm questioning my own IQ everyday. It's like an unpaid chore every single day. It has been, but it should be rewarding at the end of the day and not take the life out of you. It just feels like the game itself is telling me to get tf outta here. When it becomes too stressful to even keep up the best decision is to quit. That would save time, energy and peace. 

Talking about the conversion rates, don't they feel it's just ridiculous? It's like asking to pay a million dollars in a week but you're only allowed to earn 10 dollars per hour. They know you can't scrape up that much. The whole system is designed to push atleast a few into spending. And with all the upcoming events designed to have a draft system it's better to save yourself from the frustration. 

Honestly, no point wating to see if the game gets better. It just won't.  Only way ahead is it getting worser. For most of us its a habit to login and play. Once that's broken it won't interest you anymore . For me, I have developed some level of resentment for this game and to those involved with EA that I won't ever touch this crap again.

Hey thanks man. I did delete the game. I felt it's for the best. I didn't feel like going on with the hope that EA might feel pity on me and shed some light. I urge you to do the same. It's not going to get any better from here. Seriously,  shame on their greed. 

Exactly how they lure new accounts/players. That's how every casino works. Reward you enough initially to hook you and then drain your soul away. You'll understand in due time mate. Good luck!
