Ads have no close button

Cannot close ad after watching. The screen seems zoomed in and the cross button seems to be somewhere outside the screen.

iPhone 15 pro max IOS 17.6. Happened to other ads. Asia. Phone language is English. Straight from startup, no minimize or reopen. Thanks

Some Ads have no close button at all, not even hidden. Sorry, they come and go randomly I can't reproduce that easily, you better do QA from your end.

yinxie1963​ - For EA to chase the company doing the ads, you need to tell them what ads are causing problems. Just take a screenie of these when it happens and post it here so this can be passed on. 
Seen explicit R18 ad content being removed, as well as some other dodgy apps trying to scam players into shady investments with convincing AI-made ads with famous people claiming you will get thousands for free, but EA needs that proof.

I have one of the ad now, not easy, but I do have one, long video, this site rejects it.

Cool, I'll chat with Pulsar when he's online. Meanwhile, when you get it again, just take a screenie if it shows the app name, etc. Always helpful to have it. Some ads have been extremely annoying over the years.
