Approved One-Time Grant Not Delivered

Hello,

I am posting here after exhausting support channels regarding an approved one-time grant / recovery pack. In a previous support interaction, EA approved a one-time grant and instructed me to:

-Create a new account

-Link it to my EA Account

-Provide the new User ID

I completed all required steps.

However, the grant was never delivered to the new account.

Support has now closed the case, stating they cannot take further action, and that one-time grants cannot be re-issued.

To be clear:

I am NOT requesting account restoration.

I am NOT requesting a second grant.

I am requesting verification of whether the originally approved grant was actually delivered, and if so, on which account and on what date.

If the case was marked as completed without the grant being delivered, this appears to be an administrative error.

I respectfully request that a community manager review this matter.
