Duel Evolution Players for Phase 2 Tokens

Can we exchange Duel Evolution Players for Phase 2 Tokens? Will the exchange rate change after Ovr upgrade? Like if a player gets a +2 ovr upgrade, will it be worth 150 Phase 2 Tokens? 

The exchange will expire after 26 days, so can we exchange them after Ovr upgrade? When will ovr upgrade happen after the 1st leg or after 2nd leg? Is ovr upgrade going to happen based on the 1st leg or the 2nd leg as well? Will there be different players for 2nd leg?
