Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account? totally unacceptable without any warning how EA can ban older user accounts from playing FC Mobile since For a very long time

    I totally get where you're coming from with the duration message. It's feedback we CM's have passed on, and so we hope it can be made clearer going forward. 

    In the meantime though, for your situation, you're looking to have your ban or suspension looked into. We can't do that for you through the EA forums, but our Terms of Service team can review this. 

    To reach them, you'll need to follow the steps below:

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    • Open the webform
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Select Submit.
    • Then select Email us.

     

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
