Broken Events, Lost Rewards, and Terrible Support

Saved 1,500 shards for the Festive Fixtures event and couldn’t claim them because the game kept saying “Error something went wrong.” Support just repeated the same messages and never fixed it, so I lost my rewards. I earned and expected at least 70 FC Draft vouchers, but got nothing. On top of that, the game is getting boring, events are repetitive, and F2P players can’t enjoy the game like before. Huge disappointment.
