Bug with Joining a leage in fc mobile

Its been a week now and I left my leage about 10 days ago but when I try to join a new leage it says I'm still in my old one. When you search up my account I'm not in a leage. I have contacted customer service and they made me reset my device get a new one delete the app resd forms ect and nothing has worked.
