Can you reverse player training?

I didn’t realize when you train a player with another player that they’d disappear.  Is there any way to reverse that training to get my player back?  I accidentally tapped on my best player, and now...

I’ve tried and it doesn’t work, anyone know how to reverse it?

    @1ZL98R You can’t reverse training … only thing you could do is transfer it from one player to another, but you don’t get back any cards you have used in training a player
