Dreamchasers Weekly Duel Rewards Not Unlocking

Dreamchasers Weekly Duel Rewards are not unlocking. 

First reward says it will unlock after X8 which I assume is completing and winning 8 Dreamchasers Duel Matches.

I've completed/won 11 and it is still locked.

Has this unlocked for anyone yet.

Can a Community Advisor or Community Administrator please explain what is going on?
