Can't receive my reward

Hey

This happened with me and I contacted EA Support but they also didn't help me. I have tried this on my another account so I can provide proof and it seems this issue is not just for me but also everyone else. EA's Customer Support didn't help me so I want you guys to help me.

The Hero Chronicles task that requires swapping an Aston Villa player in your lineup gives a 99 OVR tradable Ollie Watkins (worth around 50 million coins).

After completing the task when I claimed the reward, instead of receiving the 99 OVR Watkins, I was given a 108 OVR untradable Emiliano Buendía (Festive Fixtures).

EA, could you please investigate and help resolve this? I would like to receive the correct reward worth 50 millions.

You shows a video of you claiming something and receiving it - what is the issue?

Or am I missing something??

Thanks for the additional info - the heroes chronicles is well out of date now (I feel like maybe it was released over six months ago, maybe more) and there are some issues with it … I don’t recall it giving tradable cards though, so I suspect that is a visual bug with the preview, especially as that card is from TOTY 25, which is quite some time ago and the card appears to be extinct (which is why there is such a high value on the market for a relatively low value card).

There are so many issues that have crept into this hero event because it’s so out of date, I’m most sure why the team haven’t just retired it
